Seniors
- 60 and older by January 1, 2017 (copy of Birth Certificate)
- Owned and Occupied home as of January 1, 2017
- Must Meet CPA Affordable Housing Income Limits
- Completed Application (everything filled out) and signed Copies of Tax Returns and Income verification for all members of household for previous year
- Documentation of all medical out of pocket medical expenses claimed for previous calendar year
Low Income Persons
- Owned and Occupied home as of January 1, 2017
- Completed application (everything filled out) and signed
- Must meet CPA Affordable Housing Income Limits
- Copies of Tax returns and Income verification for all members of the household for previous year
- Documentation of all out of pocket medical expenses claimed for previous calendar year
Application can be filed on the beginning of the fiscal year (July 1) until the deadline 3 months after the actual (not preliminary) tax bill is mailed.
